Our TPI Golf Certified Professional has a Level 1 Certification

What that entails:

  • All clients begin 15 exercise movement screen testing golf movements and mobility

    • Identify movement limitations that can lead to common swing characteristics

  • Design corrective exercises based on the movement screen

  • Develop training programs to help with mobility, stability, strength, power and conditioning

    • Increase mobility to cover the full range of a golf swing

    • Stability to be strong through the entire swing process

    • Strength and Power to increase club speed and reduce the risk of injury

    • Conditioning to limit muscle fatigue during a round of golf

  • In addition to TPI certification, our coach is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), providing the expertise to develop personalized golf performance programs tailored to each individual's needs.
