TPI Certified Golf Performance
Our TPI Golf Certified Professional has a Level 1 Certification
What that entails:
All clients begin 15 exercise movement screen testing golf movements and mobility
Identify movement limitations that can lead to common swing characteristics
Design corrective exercises based on the movement screen
Develop training programs to help with mobility, stability, strength, power and conditioning
Increase mobility to cover the full range of a golf swing
Stability to be strong through the entire swing process
Strength and Power to increase club speed and reduce the risk of injury
Conditioning to limit muscle fatigue during a round of golf
In addition to TPI certification, our coach is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), providing the expertise to develop personalized golf performance programs tailored to each individual's needs.
