Semi-Private personalized training can be done by anyone

How it works:

Semi-private personalized training provides similar benefits to personal training but allows for more freedom on your own during your workout. You get a personalized training program from our coaches built around your goals. You get access to your program built from the coaches and a coach is available during the time that you schedule to help with the workout in any way. You don’t need to do any thinking! Just schedule when you want to workout, access your program during your scheduled session and put in the work!

Semi-private training allows for a more cost effective and flexible way to train. Kind of like small group training, the rates are cheaper than personal training, you are around a few others but you still get the fully personalized program based on your goals. There can be up to 4-6 other semi-private clients working out at the same time while a coach is available to help in any way.

    • When in the gym, you find yourself workout with others at the same time. This allows for the opportunity to motivate and support each other through the workout or exercises they are trying to complete

  • Have Training Experience but Need Some Guidance

    • Semi-private offers a fully personalized program that you have access to that is built by our coaches who have experience in all forms of training. The facility is fully private and schedule based so you will have access to all equipment at all times with little to no wait times like public gyms

    • If you do not have experience you CAN STILL choose semi private training. We would require that you first complete our Introductory Personal Training Program to build a better understanding but we can transition you to semi-private after if you and the coaches both think it would be a fit. The introductory program is a discounted 8 session program that allows you to understand how we operate, understand our expectations and learn how to do exercises properly
