Semi-Private Training for ALL
Semi-Private personalized training can be done by anyone
How it works:
Semi-private personalized training offers many of the same benefits as personal training while allowing for more independence during your workouts. Each client receives a personalized training program designed by our coaches around their individual goals and fitness needs.
You’ll have access to your customized program during your scheduled training sessions, with a coach available at all times to provide guidance, answer questions, and assist with your workout whenever needed. There’s no need to worry about planning or figuring out what to do — simply schedule your session, access your program, and focus on putting in the work.
Semi-private training offers a more cost-effective and flexible way to train while still providing the benefits of a fully personalized program. Similar to small group training, the rates are lower than one-on-one personal training, and you’ll train alongside a small number of other clients in a supportive environment.
Unlike traditional group workouts, every client still receives an individualized training program designed specifically around their personal goals and fitness needs. During each session, there may be 4–6 other semi-private clients training at the same time, while a coach remains available to provide guidance, answer questions, and assist whenever needed.
We Can Provide Semi-Private Training for:

Why Choose Semi-Private over Personal Training?
Price and Flexibility
Semi-private training rates are lower than personal training rates while also offering more flexible scheduling options. With four semi-private training slots available per hour compared to one personal training slot, clients have greater availability and flexibility when booking sessions. Click here to see our rates
Build Relationships
When in the gym, you’ll find yourself working out alongside others at the same time. This creates an opportunity to motivate and support one another throughout each workout and during the exercises you’re completing.
Have Training Experience but Need Some Guidance
If you don’t have training experience, you can still choose semi-private training. We require all new clients to first complete our Introductory Personal Training Program to build a strong foundation and understanding of proper movement and training principles. After completing the program, you may transition into semi-private training if you and the coaches agree it’s the right fit.
The introductory program is a discounted 8-session package designed to help you understand how we operate, learn our expectations, and develop proper exercise technique with guidance from our coaches.
